Dear Great American Van Lines Customer Service,

 I wanted to write you about the exceptional customer service I received from the four gentlemen that came to our house to help us move out of state. There are so rarely people who are willing to give compliments to a company when a job is well done, but many are willing to complain. I have to say that the movers who work for Great American Van Lines are exceptional!

Great American Van Lines was my choice because of the reasonable prices offered. The gentleman that I booked with was very professional both on the phone and through e-mails. I never got the sense that he was faking nice either, he was so genuine. He was never pushy and he arranged everything right the first time.  He was quick and accurate and never left me waiting on the phone or asked unnecessary questions. You could tell that he knew his stuff. The icing on the cake was the call the day before to confirm the appointment.

The gentlemen that showed up to move our things were on time and were so polite. The behaved like consummate professionals the entire time they were at both our old house and our new one. They really knew what they were doing and did an impressive job executing their duties. Great American Van Lines must really invest in training their employees. We had a lot of really heavy furniture to move and they never complained once. They also never dropped anything or nicked a wall. It was completely worth the money to have them do all of the heavy lifting. The gentle men took the time to talk to me when they were done and didn’t run off like they could not wait to leave. They really made my whole experience better. I was actually smiling and feeling good about moving when they left. I did not mind at all that I had so many boxes to unpack because I was in a good mood!

I cannot say enough good things about Great American Van Lines. Whenever someone asks me who to use when they move, I will definitely say Great American Van Lines. There is no better moving company and I am so happy that I called you. I have never had this good of an experience with any type of Service Company. I am so satisfied and you have won a customer for life!
