 I wanted to write you this letter because people so rarely give compliments these days. Everyone wants to complain when things go wrong, but not many people give praise when they get great service. I am here to tell you that I am ecstatic with the great service I received from Shelli van lines. The gentlemen that came to my house to help my family move were top notch. I needed to say thank your for a job well done!

When I started looking for a moving company, yours stood out because of your great pricing. The lady who set up our move was very professional on the phone and through email. She was so friendly and I could tell she was not faking it. She seemed to really enjoy her job helping people and she was not your average pushy sales person. Shelli van lines must hire the best. She never had to ask questions twice and she was just on top of the ball. I even got a call the day before the move to confirm my reservation.

The gentlemen from Shelli van lines that came to my house to pack and move were exceptional. They were so polite and professional; you could tell they had had outstanding training. They really knew their jobs and how to do them right the first time. They packed our things so quickly. I could have never done the great job they did so fast. They took the time to talk to me after they were done moving and they did not rush off like I was inconveniencing them. I felt great about the whole experience and when they left I was actually smiling. It is hard to find any service providers that strive to such high standards. These gentlemen actually took pride in their job. It made unpacking so much more pleasant because I was in such a good mood when they left. I really believed that moving was going to be a hassle, but Shelli van lines made the experience hassle free.
